   STOP PRESS! - A little unfortunately, we now have building work taking place next door (construction of new apartments for about a year). Whilst some will not want to take a chance on this and we are unable to offer any guarantee, we believe work will usually take place in 'normal hours' and may not be too intrusive although it will eventually compromise our sea view. For this year only, we have reduced prices by upto 30% and this may be a good opportunity for a cheaper holiday of 5, 7 or 10 days. The flat (apartment) is well equipped with gas hob and water heating, electric cooker and kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge-freezer, electric heating in winter and fans for summer.

   Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes; the smaller has a double (6ft x 4ft11in, 183 x 150 cm) bed and a small terrace to the north; the larger room has twin beds (each 2m x 1m, 6ft6in x 3ft3in) and north facing windows onto a quiet cul-de-sac. There is a modern bathroom with full bath and shower over bath and the other usual items including a bidet. There is a large hallway and store-cupboard and the entrance on the first-floor is reached by an easy stairway from the locked street-door which is fitted with intercom ('phone) opening from the apartment. There is no lift however, so the apartment is not really suitable for elderly infirm or wheelchair access.

   The kitchen-diner is long and narrow with the kitchen at one end (see above). At the opposite end is sliding-door access to a modest south-facing terrace with patio table and chairs and some sea views (if this or the following picture fail to open in Internet Explorer, try View-Refresh whilst the pop-up window is open - source of problem not known). There is also a breakfast bar, dining table and chairs and large sofa (which converts to a double bed) in this room. Whilst the sofa-bed is comfortable for two and we do accept bookings for upto six people, the flat (at 53 sq metres + 10 sq m. terraces) is more suitable for two to four adults or a family.
